By my sister's invitation, my whole family get to have this fun experience. Various sauces and spices make it more exciting to try new things on different meats. Once the skewers are settled on the fire, it rotates automatically and starts to grill. As the aromas hits your nose, it will be hard to resist not to eat but you have to have patience to make it perfect. Meanwhile, you can either snack on the complimentary peanuts or order other dishes to pair with the meats, which enhances the flavor. Each meats are marinated differently so you will taste something new on every bite. Their other dishes are also phenomenal so if you don't try them, you'll regret later. Their service is amazing. As they bring the dishes you ordered or fill up your beverages, they constantly check on the skewers and let you know when to eat. Also, they ask you how each of the meats and dishes came out. If you are not sure, they recommend to try something else, which is very nice. The restaurant has a cool vibe with black and red color theme furniture, walls, and lights that makes you want to stay and hang out for a long time. There is also a big screen playing K-pop music videos in the main room of the restaurant, which is entertaining. If you prefer watching sports, they do have several TVs in a certain area.
Great food. Ridiculous wait time. My friends and I waited nearly 2 hours before we got to sit down and eat. It was our first time there. Next time we know to avoid Saturday nights.
I liked the fact that you can grill the skewers yourself. Service was great and variety of items was excellent as well. I also enjoyed the house seasonings. Has other menu items so you don't have to just eat skewers.
Dude, this place is off the chain. Came with co-workers and ordered 80 different types of skewers (beef, chicken, lamb, shrimp, tofu, intestines (roasted intestines are amazing ) had a great time chilling with co-workers, would recommend others to come enjoy as well.
No wait on a Monday night around 5:30pm, but started to fill up an hour later. They still have the 10% off with a yelp check-in! Note that it's really hard to flag down a server. + Premium Beef Skewer ($17.99 for 10): same as last time, mix of tender and chewy parts (7.8/10) + Beef Tongue ($8.99 for 4): my absolute fave! Crunchy and sweetly marinated (8.6/10) + Chicken Gizzard ($5.99 for 4): second fave! Crunchy and juicy (8.5/10) + Pork Belly ($14.99 for 10): little cubes that caramelize nicely (7.5/10) + Okra ($1.99 for 1): enjoyed the new texture w the meat skewers (8.8/10) + Scallops BBQ ($12.99 for 4): not worth it, usually this is a lot more flavorful. (7.5/10) + Korean Corn Cheese ($7.99): bit too wet, but appreciate the sweetness (7/10)
